If you want the full experience of Wizarding World of Harry Potter, I recommend adding the Park to Park feature to your ticket. Park to Park allows you to visit more than one Universal park on the same day.
The Wizarding World of Harry Potter spans both, Islands of Adventure and Universal Studios. Connecting the two lands is the Hogwarts Express Train, one of the headliner attractions at Universal Orlando. But you can only ride the train if you have the Park to Park feature on your ticket.

Disney /universal Combo Tickets
can anyone help advise me about buying combo tickets. the parks i want to visit are… universal , islands of adventure , epcot and animal kingdom. so basically 4 parks over the 14 day period i’m gonna be in orlando.is it possible to buy just the tickets you require? if so where from?. or would it be wiser to pay at the gate which i’m not keen on as always very long queues.nor do i want to pay for tickets which include parks i have already been to or am not interested in.any advice would be appreciated. thank you
Unfortunately they do not do tickets for just those parks and would advise you get them at the gate, I think that for the $120 gate fee at universal this does give you a second day to visit IOA, Disney bundle tickets don’t really give you any savings until
