Buzz Lightyear Ride Disney World

Hong Kong Disneyland And Tokyo Disneyland

Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin ride-through at Disney’s Magic Kingdom

The Tokyo version is the original version of the ride and all of the ride’s audio is in Japanese. At Hong Kong Disneyland, the ride is also called Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters and is a highly identical clone of the Tokyo version of the ride with a more elaborate queue. In Hong Kong however, the entire ride is in English and is only in trilingual for safety rules. Those two versions also featured a floating Planet Z out side of the space ship. Their version’s cruisers are called XP 38. On November 22, 2016, Disney announced that the ride will be closing and would be replaced with an Ant-Man themed attraction titled Ant-Man and The Wasp: Nano Battle!, making this to be the second Marvel themed ride at Hong Kong Disneyland. The ride closed on August 31, 2017. However, Tokyo Disneyland’s version is still operating today.

Aim For The Z On The Bottom Of Zurgs Ship In Room 3

In the third room, there is a GIANT Zurg ship to your right. This is important!! There is a Z at the bottom of Zurgs ship front and center. You cant miss it. It is worth 100,000 points and you can hit it as many times as you want.

This is one of the easier Buzz Lightyear ride targets for children to try and hit as it is closer to your ride vehicle. It is easier to hit as you are approaching Zurgs ship and as you are already past it. When you are in front of the ship, it is hardest to aim and shoot, although it isnt impossible! Focus on the Z and get as many points as you possibly can here. This is one of your last chances to boost your score.

If you combine the Z on Zurg and knocking over the batteries, you have the potential to make out big on the third room of Buzz Lightyears Space Ranger Spin!

On your left, there is a red robot. You are going to want to shoot the target that is on the inside of the robots left arm or on the hand that is further away from you. • Behind the moving saw blade of the spaceship in the first room.
  • In the alien planet room, find the triangles on the back of the circle of moving aliens, right as you enter the room.
  • Shoot the target on the outside of the jack-in-the-box to open the box, then hit the triangle on the alien that pops out.
