Best Character Meal In The Magic Kingdom: Cinderellas Royal Table
Any conversation about Disney character dining has to include Cinderellas Royal Table, served in the iconic Cinderella Castle, the center of the Magic Kingdom. But it has drawbacks its pricey, and, currently, only Cinderella makes surprise appearances while you dine to wave from a safe distance.
During normal times, breakfast here is almost $70 per adult. Dinner is a bit of a better overall value at roughly $90 all-in, with much better food selections, including braised pork shank, pan-seared chicken, a charcuterie plate and amaretto cheesecake.
Right now, lunch and dinner are being served with price points a bit lower than normal due to the absence of the regular line-up of princesses. Breakfast is currently $42 for adults and $27 for kids.
Despite the price, youll quickly see the value inside the castle if this is on your bucket list.
Normally, you meet Cinderella herself for a photo opportunity as soon as you enter. Upstairs, youll get a seat in her castle dining room, along with a magic wand or a sword for your little ones. While you sit and eat, a host of Cinderellas friends, including Jasmine, Sleeping Beauty, Snow White and Rapunzel, stop by for table visits.
The actors own their roles and are warm, personable and engaging. Your little princesses will leave with lasting memories. If you can get seats near the windows, you can use the natural light to get better photos with the princesses and enjoy a great view of Fantasyland during your meal.

1. LArtisans Des Glaces: Ice-cream lovers MUST visit LArtisans Des Glaces at Epcot Center. This gem is tucked away in the far left corner of France and scoops up flavors ranging from Cinnamon With Caramelized Apple and Crumble Crunch to a simple yet delectable Mint-Chocolate.

2. 50s Prime Time Cafe: Located at Disneys Hollywood Studios, this joint is less about the food and more about the experience. Press the rewind button and fly back to the 1950s for some good ol home cookin in a realistic vintage setting where you can dig into Moms Old Fashioned Pot Roast or Aunt Lizs Golden Fried Chicken. Just keep your elbows off the table, or the staff will make an example out of you in front of everyone.

Best Restaurant In Animal Kingdom: Tusker House
This was a tough call, as we have a few Animal Kingdom options we like roughly the same. But well give Tusker House the slight edge over Tiffins for the fun of the character sightings in cool costumes.
Tusker House currently has a set menu for its safari-themed character dining option. Its a bit on the pricey side , but you get a lot of food as in a too much for one person amount of food.
Youll get a salad and bread plate as starters, a large sampler of Moroccan-spiced beef, curry shrimp, split-roasted herb chicken and pork for your entree, and a dessert trio platter for dessert.
The shrimp and rice dish was easily the best of the entrees, but the entire meal was tasty. Out of the desserts, the brownie was a favorite.
You can order an assortment of cocktails , beers, wines and ciders at an additional cost.
Tusker House also offers a breakfast character dining option at a slightly discounted price compared to lunch and dinner $42 per adult and $27 per child, plus taxes and tip.
Keep in mind that character sightings at dinner are socially distanced, and guests are given a pre-printed postcard with autographs instead of having characters sign items at the restaurant.

Worst Character Breakfasts At Disney
Disney Jr. Play n Dine Breakfast
Hollywood & Vine isnt a bad experience Disney character breakfast. As a matter of fact, it made it onto our list of the best Hollywood Studios restaurants! However, it is aimed at a very specific crowd. All of the characters at Hollywood & Vine are from Disney Jr., so you wont see Mickey and Friends or even any princesses walking around and meeting guests. But if you or your little ones are interested in dining with Disney characters like Doc McStuffins, Vampirina, and Sofia the First for breakfast, then this is definitely the place for your family.
Cape May Cafe
Again, Cape May Cafe isnt a bad Disney character breakfast option. However, when its compared to options like Akershus and Topolinos Terrace, it just doesnt make the cut. As a matter of fact, it doesnt make it to the top of anyones Disney character dining list. Minnies Beach Bash Breakfast is cute, and the food isnt bad, but you can get the same menu items at a lot of the other Disney character breakfast restaurants, as well as meeting Minnie and friends. If youre staying at Beach Club, Cape May Café is a convenient location to go to, but its not one Id recommend going out of your way for.
However, if your top priority is a tasty breakfast, I much prefer the nearby Kona Cafe where you can enjoy macadamia nut pancakes for breakfast.

Hollywood And Vine At Disneys Hollywood Studios
Hollywood & Vine at Hollywood Studios checks a lot of boxes for a lot of families. In the morning, your little ones favorite Disney Junior characters take over for the Disney Junior Play n Dine. Food served at breakfast is as kid-friendly as the characters that stop by to visit, with French toast stuffed with Nutella and bananas and omelets filled with cheese on the menu.
However, our favorite time to go to Hollywood & Vine is for Minnies Seasonal Dining over lunch and dinner. Not only do you get to meet classic Disney characters like Minnie and Mickey, but you get to see them decked out in their seasonal finest. And thats not all even the menu offerings change too to reflect the theming, with dishes showcasing the flavors of the season. All in all, its a ton of fun, and it helps keep the restaurant fresh and exciting each time you return.
Characters at: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner
Disney Junior Play n Dine Breakfast Characters : Doc McStuffins, Fancy Nancy, Vampirina, and Roadster Goofy
Minnies Seasonal Dining Lunch and Dinner Characters : Minnie, Mickey, Daisy, Donald, and Goofy
Tusker House Restaurant At Disneys Animal Kingdom Theme Park
The only Disney World character dining experience at Animal Kingdom, Tusker House in Africas Harambe Village dishes up African-inspired flavors and character fun all day long for Donalds Dining Safari. As much as we love stuffing our faces with BBQ pulled pork, macaroni & cheese, and other American comfort food classics, we also like sampling some different flavors every now and then. And thats why Tusker House is on the best list.
With dishes like Moroccan-spiced beef and green curry shrimp on offer, its one of the more interesting character dining menus. And not to worry about your picky eater. That macaroni & cheese is still available and its house-made. Truly something for everyone.
Not to be outdone by the food, the character experience here is just as enjoyable. Donald, Mickey, and Goofy stroll around in their safari best, and you may even get to join them for some singing and dancing.
Characters at: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner
Characters : Donald, Mickey, and Goofy

Runner Up: Primo Piatto At Disneys Riviera Resort
One of the newest spots for a resort breakfast Walt Disney World is Primo Piatto at Disneys Riviera Resort. This casual quick-service spot offers breakfast options you wont find at most Disney resort hotels and a budget-friendly quick-service price!
For starters, theres the Primo Piatto breakfast of scrambled eggs served over mascarpone polenta and a sweet brioche roll! Theres also Primo Piattos tall stack of fluffy blueberry-lemon pancakes topped with mascarpone cream and lemon zest! And who can go wrong with the Cinnamon Crumble French Toast Bread Pudding for breakfast? As an added bonus, this menu item is also quite instagramable.
But if traditional is more your thing, Primo Piatto still has you covered with that classic Mickey-shaped waffle.

Storybook Dining At Artist Point With Snow White At Disneys Wilderness Lodge
If youre looking for an immersive, entertaining Disney character dining experience, then youre definitely going to want to check out Storybook Dining at Artist Point with Snow White. Located at Disneys Wilderness Lodge, the restaurant is themed like the Enchanted Forest. With towering trees twinkling with fairy lights above you, it truly is a magical setting. To top it all off, not only do you get to meet the Evil Queen, Snow White, and a couple of her dwarf friends, theyll also treat you to a few choreographed dances to some songs from the movie.
As you might expect, the dishes are just as charming as the characters and atmosphere. From hearty mains like prime rib and braised pork shank to an assortment of desserts thats as pleasing to the eye as they are to the stomach, the entire meal is a cut above what youll typically find at a Disney character dinner. An enchanting experience from beginning to end.

Park Fare At Disneys Grand Floridian Resort & Spa
Located at Disneys Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, 1900 Park Fare may be a bit tricky to find but trust us, its worth it.
In the morning, this whimsical restaurant hosts the Supercalifragilistic Breakfast. A British invasion in Disney style, you get to meet some of the most popular characters from UK imports including Alice in Wonderland, , and Winnie the Pooh. And let us say, what a delightful combination. Picture, The Mad Hatter asking Pooh why Piglet couldnt be there and then pointing to a plateful of bacon. Dead. All of this was in front of a table of adults and teens, mind you. What would the children think?
At dinnertime, a messy family drama that you just cant look away from and classic Disney fairytale take over the restaurant for the Happily Ever After Dinner. Featuring the characters from Disneys Cinderella, youll watch on in glee the antics of Cinderellas iconic stepsisters, cower from Lady Tremaine, and see the happy couple themselves. With this cast of characters, anything could happen. Mock proposals, uncomfortable arguments you name it. And if that doesnt sound like fun for the grown-ups, we dont know what does.
In addition to all this amazingness, the restaurant is also home to not one, but two different tea parties themed after Wonderland and the princesses. Basically, start booking your reservation now.

Supercalifragilistic Breakfast Characters : Alice , The Mad Hatter, Mary Poppins, Winnie the Pooh, and Tigger
