What Is Up With The 10 Day Weather Forecast

can anyone tell me who is in orlando, if there is a fluke week coming up with highs in the 60’s, we’re coming in 2 weeks and thought it would be 80’s? why is it so cold this week, is there a cold front in? i know not to worry about forecasts, but the temps caught my eye. Does anyone in orlando know if this is normal, and usually jumps right back up to 80′ s?

its the 10 day forecast for orlando,, shows 80’s but then 60’s for many days thereafter, not sure if this was normal april weather, or just a cold front that is coming in for a few days??

I was thinking the same thing…….we head down on Saturday. I have found that the long range forecasts are not accurate. We were down in Orlando 2 years ago in April and had a string of low 70’s and we were still hot! Kids swam and everything. There may be a day of low 70’s but it won’t last long with the April sun.

I’ve looked at 2 different weather sites for you and the high for the next 10 days is low 80s everyday and the lows overnight were mid 60’s. I think you may be reading the overnight temps as daytime. It should be nice and toasty, have fun!!

looked on weather. com most days sunny just 1 day with rain and the average high seems to be around 29degrees centigrade lowes average about 18 degrees centigrade.

thanks again.

Worst Weather Seasons At Disney World

Unfortunately, not all seasons at Disney are as agreeable as the spring and autumn.

Summer, in particular, suffers from a double whammy because the park is more crowded when schools are on break and the weather can become sizzling hot. The heat translates into crowded pools and an uncomfortable time waiting in lines.

Winter experiences fewer crowds but the temperatures are considerably cooler than at other times of the year. But for some, cooler temps are welcomedso winter may not be so bad for those of you who cant stand the heat. If crowds are our major concern, then please see our Disney World Crowd Calendar.

Record Heat In Spots Ahead Of A Cool Down Here’s More

Walt Disney World Resort, FL 10

Record heat in December? Sure. Why not, right? Leesburg and Daytona Beach both have new heat records today, while the rest of central Florida stayed shy of record heat by 1-2 degrees. High pressure providing a southerly wind that helped pump in warm and muggy conditions. This is all ahead of a cold front currently moving through the panhandle. That front will arrive late tonight. Ahead of it expect showers and a few thunderstorms overnight and clearing by early tomorrow morning. Then cooler air arrives and sticks around for a few days.

Timing Out The Arrival Of Showers And Thunderstorms Here’s A Detailed Look At What To Expect

Pinpointing the arrival of the showers and thunderstorms associated with a cold front that will roll on by overnight. This will be a line of rain with a chance to see an isolated strong thunderstorm over northwest and central Marion as well as western Flagler counties. The rain will arrive and then exit as quickly as it rolled in. By 4 in the morning Marion and areas west of Orlando will be clearing. Areas to the east to southeast will be the last to see the rain leave, but most of the showers will be done by 8 a.m. Behind the front cold air moves in quickly so be ready with jackets as you head out and about tomorrow morning. It will be windy adding to the chill in the air and highs only in the low to mid 60s for the afternoon.

Orlando Florida Weather Information: Planning For Walt Disney World Vacations

Orlando’s overall mild climate makes it a great place to visit just about any time of year, and with a little advance preparation, even unforeseen weather can be easily handled during your Orlando stay.

Orlando in the Summer

  • Summers in Orlando are quite warm, with highs in the low 90s and lows in the 70s at night. Humidity levels between 60 percent and 75 percent can make things muggy, so take it easy and stay hydrated. Monthly rainfall averages near 7 inches, so be sure to bring along an umbrella or poncho and expect late afternoon showers almost daily. Light, loose fitting clothing is in order this time of year.

Orlando in the Spring

  • In spring, temperatures peak between the mid 70s and 80s and lows are in the 50s and 60s. The area sees monthly spring rains of about 2 or 3 inches per month. Pack short-sleeved shirts and shorts, and maybe a light jacket for the cooler evenings.

Orlando in the Fall

  • Autumn in Orlando brings highs in the 80s and 90s and lows in the upper 60s, with monthly precipitation of about 3.7 inches. Pack like you would for summer at home and you’ll be fine during the day, but bring along a light jacket or wrap for nighttime activities.
